/message in bottle'

he stands along the beach,

staring far off the distance.

staring at the setting sun,

he slowly drifts into the water.

he wanders without a thought,

just slowly wandering, aimlessly forward

he looks down, looking down below him,

he sees the waves brush against his feet,

all he feels is his hope slowly washing away.

he strides silently forward,

forward into the cold sea,

forgetting all reason,

all he feels is emptiness.

he treads further on,

turning his back on his past,

ignoring all advice,

he seeks to live a new life.

live a life of peace, yet not die with regret

can we really escape from the tangibles of our lives even after death. can we really die without regret that we have done everything that we possibly can? Is it humanly possible for the creation of imperfection to be fully contented with what we have and not strive to achieve more. is there no such existence of a competitive nature in even the mildest and docile of human? Can human just choose to let go of their thoughts when their hour is near and the time expiring. is it even plausible for people to just give up their entire life's reflection in those dying minutes and shrug it all off.

tell me, because i need to know again.
tell me, because i need to see again
tell me, so i can find myself again.
